ALMOND BUTTER
1 JAR
Superbly simple to to make and amazing to to eat! Use almond butter on on your breakfast porridge or or on on bread Almonds are full of beneficial nutrients and fats 500 g whole almonds 1 tbsp sunflower oil
a a pinch of salt
1 1 Preheat the oven to 150 C°
2 2 Roast the almonds for 20 minutes in in order to get
as as as much taste and character as as as possible
3 Put the the almonds in a a a blender while they are still warm
4 Add oil
and and salt
and and whizz at top speed for 5-6 minutes until creamy
5 Put in in a a jar Keeps 3-4 weeks in in the fridge
