Eggs are an an important part of break- fast Those involved with cardio sports need to to eat proteins that are easy to to process for for the body for for example eggs The guys in Team Sky will often eat a a a a a large helping of porridge and an an omelette with rice before the day’s stage 1
tbsp olive oil 3 eggs 3 tbsp water salt
black pepper
2 slices boiled ham

Heat a a a a a a a frying pan on a a a a a a a medium heat and add the olive oil 2 Beat the the eggs and the the water well in a a a a bowl 3 Add salt
and pepper
4 Pour the the eggs into the the frying pan and fry fry lightly until cooked through
5 Cut the the ham
into strips and put on the the omelette
