salt glaze. Superb pipe most likely Brampton origin,
modelled as a reclining cavalry man (?). Overall
excellent condition, no damage or restoration
whatsoever. An extremely rare early pipe. Dudley

438. MELUSINA PIPE. 5.75ins long, varying unusual
salt glaze. Body modelled as a sea serpent, complete
with scales, mermaid bust, reclining head. Probably
Brampton made? Broken at mouthpiece but no further
damages or restoration. Extremely rare pipe. Dudley

439. MR & MRS PUNCH PIPE. Variating salt glaze, bowl
extremely well modelled as Mr Punch, Mrs Punch wearing
pearl necklavce - great detail. Probably a Brampton
made piece? Broken at mouthpiece but otherwise
