really fabulous example of a rare.
Centaur Cycle Co, Coventry, manufactured top quality
bicycles and tricycles with innovative features.
Humber, and Humber purchased the
company after Centaur Cycle Co ceased trading in
1909. Overall good condition, just a few edge enamel flakes. A
fantastic enamel.
146. PREMIER CYCLES CUT OUT ENAMEL
SIGN. 24 x 20ins. Another
exceptional enamel, from a
fabled bicycle maker. Prince of Wales feathers near bottom, Patent Enamel Co/
Birmingham below. Overall good
sheen, very little edge wear & nibbling. Superb sign!
148. IVANHOE CYCLES ENAMEL SIGN 17 x 12ins.
A simple but attraxctive small size sign. Garnier maker to bottom L. Some edge flakes but generally very good.
147. LOCH CORRIE ENAMEL SIGN. 14 x 10ins. Delightful small size enamel with pictorial of jolly Scotsman on the L. Some edge wear, most of the sheen.
