    Tobermory is the capital of the island of Mull the brightly coloured high street houses becoming Nationally recognisable following the childrens TV programme Balymory.
Tobermory Distillery was founded in 1798 and has changed hands several times. Its main single malt product is used in the blends of Scottish Leader and Black Bottle, whilst producing a smaller amount of peated whisky which remains known under the companies founding name Ledaig.

& rear handle, front transfer. An
exceptional rarity.
298. OLD MULL MATCHSTRIKER. 2.8ins high. Bright white with black transfer
to top & 2 front plaques - one with slight ding. 4 lined base pottery mark for Rosemount. Equally rare as the above jug.

tall. DArk brown body with white shield areas featuring eagle logo - SPECIAL STOUT one side, BURTON BREWED BEER to other. Early John Maddock p.m. Minor marks, generally very good.
300. TULLAMORE DEW SCOTCH WHISKY WATER JUG. 4.4ins tall. Square shape, off white with 2 yellow panels each side with figures & GIVE EVERY MAN HIS DUE. Gold rim. Arklow p.m. Some rust crazing otherwise good.
