1720 heavy clear flint glass decanter. Triple annulated neck ring, sharp base pontil. Inmanufacture neck flaw still a fabulous example of a
scarce form. Slight overall dullness. (8.5/10) NR
114. PANCAKE ONION WINE BOTTLE. 6ins tall. Very dark, almost black glass (shows some blue in certain lights). A c. 1710-20 classic pancake onion, squat short neck. Re-annealed top with string rim lip, kick up base pontil. A really superb example of its type. Minor internal residue & slight surface wear, otherwise fine. (8.5/10) NR £250-300+
115. MALLET WINE BOTTLE. 6ins tall. Very dark, almost black glass true mallet form. Squat short neck, applied lip, kick up base pontil. Re- annealed top with string rim lip (part missing). Very minor surface wear otherwise very good. (9/10) NR £250-300+
