From coast to coast, Canadians have experienced some of the most extreme weather-related incidents in recent memory; from hurricanes to wildfires, and from ice storms to tornadoes, we have seen it all and not only have you survived it, but in many cases, you have prospered. Fortunately, the demand for golf continues to be extremely strong and Canadian golf course owners/ operators have persevered through a difficult weather year. NGCOA Canada’s research reports indicate
that national rounds played, as of end of August, are slightly up (2.8%) from last year and significantly up (22.0%) compared to pre-pandemic rounds played in 2019; in addition, we are seeing that national revenues continue to grow annually and have already surpassed last year by 9.0%.
