National Water Quality Research Association Ethical Standards and Requirements
• All Members agree to provide the following credentials:
1) Current Business License 2) Proof of Affiliations with Trade Organizations (i.e. BBB, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) 4) Proof of Insurance/Bonding (if applicable) 5) References (if available)
• NWQRA Water Quality Specialists agree to advertise in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.

• NWQRA Water Quality Specialists agree that all agreements, contracts, product specifications and warranty information will be written for the homeowner in plain understandable terms which disclose all important information related to the job.
• NWQRA Water Quality Specialists agree to resolve any and all disputes which may arise between homeowner and water quality specialist in a professional and responsible manner within a reasonable timetable.
• NWQRA Water Quality Specialists agree to market only those products and services to homeowners which are considered by experts to be of a quality which is a direct reflection of the associated cost.
• NWQRA Water Quality Specialists must agree to refrain from any activity which might restrain fair competition including any misleading or deceptive claims regarding their competitors products and/or services.
• Failure to adhere to these standards and requirements will result in a termination of the Water quality specialists NWQRA membership.
•Exclusivityshallremainineffectforactivemembersonlyifthecommittedzipcodesaremailedtoinsufficientquantitiestoachievesaturationwithin(3)months. Ifanymemberbecomesinactiveand/or membership has been terminated either by NWQRA or the Authorized Water Quality Specialist, any exclusivity arrangement will become null and void.
