Jackson Hospital Receives 4-Stars in Patient Survey Rating
At Jackson Hospital, we consistently strive to create an exceptional patient experience. Focused on learning and continual improvement, we are pleased to have received a 4-Star Patient Survey rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2021. We are the only hospital in our region to receive this 4-Star Rating which is based on patients’ experiences of their hospital care.
