BUILDING A PLAN FOR SUCCESS INCLUDES:
1. The commencement and planning of the project: In this phase of the project, we establish a scope of work. The scope of work and project plan identify all of the stages of the project and the associated deliverables, from the construction specs to the completion. This document serves as the project baseline and allows us to compare what is planned against what is actually executed to ensure that we meet every client’s expectations.
2. Cost management: We put a lot of time and e ort into the planning of the project to ensure that we anticipate any and all cost overruns. Many companies cut corners when it comes to risk management, but we feel that risk management is a critical part of the overall project management and always include this as part of our overall service delivery. There are two types of risks: known and unknown. We will outline the possibilities of both and their associated predicted costs as part of our project management plan. You will always have peace of mind and knowledge of the total cost of the project and any mitigating risks your project may face along the way.
3. Quality management: We want you and your organization to be completely satisied with every aspect of the project. We always strive to ensure that we meet, and many times exceed, the architectural and quality speciications for every project.
We are certiied by the Project Management Institute.
