      Bone Health Summary
      •  Make  sure  you  get  plenty  of  calcium  and
          vitamin D in your diet
      •  Exercise every day and include bone
          strengthening exercises
      •  Good  eating  habits  and  exercising  when
          you  are  young  will  help  you  have  strong
          bones as you get older
