      •  Weight-bearing physical activities
      •  Soccer
      •  Basketball
      •  Volleyball
      •  Jumping rope
      •  Walking
      •  Dancing

      Bone Health Summary
      •  Make sure you get plenty of calcium in your
          diet
      •  Exercise every day and make sure to include
          bone strengthening exercises
      •  Good eating habits and exercising when you
          are young will help you have strong bones as
