•  Stay Hydrated in the Sun
             ○  Drink plenty of water when you are
                 outside in the sun
             ○  Drink larger amounts of water if you
                 are exercising, sweating excessively or
                 it’s a very warm or hot day
             ○  If you are exercising for longer than one
                 hour or it is a very warm or hot day, a
                 sports drink may be beneficial.  Sports
                 drinks  replace  fluids  lost  and  contain
                 electrolytes.
