  Eagle Farmers’ Market
Q & A with Mountain Lifestyle and Angela Mueller, Ren Productions - info@reneventproductions.com
Q: When did you start creating Farmers’ Markets and what inspired you to do one in Eagle, Colorado?
A: The Farmers’ Market and community is what I stand for in my work. I truly believe that eating local and having items available for us that are made in Colorado or handmade will make our community stronger. We have been talking about it and an opportunity to start it and build it for the future came up. We are excited to take it.
Q: And you also run the Vail farmer’s market?
A: I have run the Vail Farmers’ Market & Art show for 12 years. Our goal for any market is to have Made in Colorado/local produce (which for our area includes Palisade and Front Range).
Q: What do you find most advantageous to a community in hosting a Farmers’ Market?
A: The ability to come to a market with made/grown in Colorado produce and items. We provide Eagle with more sustainable options to explore with tourists.
Q: How has the Eagle Farmers’ Market been going?
A: The market began June 27th, 2021. We need our community to come out, explore and support the event. We will be growing and evolving and we are excited to see it grow each year we are here.
Q: How do you acquire vendors for your Farmers’ Markets?
A: They can contact us at eaglefarmersmarket@gmail.com and we will send them the application for the market. We are promoting through the Vail Daily and through social media. We also have dropped off postcards to local Eagle homes to let everyone know about the market on Fridays.
