Royal Shortbreads from Buckingham Palace

      INGREDIENTS

SPECIFICATIONS
Butter
8 oz
Icing Sugar
4 oz
Corn Starch
4 oz
Flour Bread
8 oz
     METHOD
Mix all ingredients together until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Roll out to a 1⁄2 inch thickness and cut into circles or  ngers.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven 170C (350F) for 10-15 minutes.
When golden in colour, remove from oven and sprinkle with granulated sugar and leave to cool on wire rack.
