I have had six bosses in the WBG and Tony is in my top two Directors list.
He was a Champion for Diversity and Inclusion, invested his professional and unit financial resources in staff learning and development.
Even after I left his Department he gave advice and shared useful managerial insights. After he retired I would run into him at our favorite breakfast place! Whole Foods Foggy Bottom. He was always a bundle of mirth and good spirits.
Bravo Tony!! You have made a real difference in the lives of so many and help to shape the future of Fiduciary Assurance and support to country Systems in Developing nations.
