Trinity Row is an an 18-unit property spread across three townhomes in in in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia Reinhold Residential
contracted Elle INTRS for for the the design design of of upgrades for for for each of of the the the the units and later to design design design the the the the look for for for the the the the renovated common areas The design design services for for the the the unit upgrades were comprehensive including selecting fixtures and and and finishes for the bathrooms and and and kitchen flooring and and and paint Several units required reconfiguration to accommodate new walk-in closets For the bathrooms we selected an an oversized light gray strie tile custom full-wall mirror and white quartz countertops to to to make the small bathrooms feel large large bright and modern The larger tiles also cut down on grout lines making them easier to clean We designed the the the main living areas of the the the the apartment in in in warm neutral tones to to to to maximize the the the the appeal to to to to potential renters We breathed new life into the the the kitchens with white white quartz counters white white ice whirlpool appliances and vertical woodgrain cabinetry
to to give the the the illusion of height to to the the the eight eight foot ceilings Finally the the the bedrooms were finished with neutral solution dyed nylon carpets for easy cleaning and custom closets that allowed residents to to to maximize their storage space This project left no room for error on timelines as as we had to measure design and complete each apartment within 30 days of of a a a a a a a a a a a a a a vacancy in in in in anticipation of of a a a a a a a a a a new renter occupying the unit unit We hit this timeline for every unit unit Upon completion of the the project project Elle INTRS was later contracted for for multiple other projects for for Reinhold Residential
including the the the one featured on the next page For the the common hallways in in in Trinity Row we created a a a a a a a a a a a design that rediscovered the the the original charm and character of the the townhome while also taking into consideration various operational logistics like trash disposal move-ins/move- outs etc In addition to the the interior Elle INTRS selected a a a new modern paint scheme for the the the exterior of the buildings 9
