This shochu is made from selected Golden Sweet Potatoes from the Kagoshima Prefecture, and “Yellow Koji.” Delicate and sensitive to heat, it is fermented at a low temperature with care. The sweet aroma reminds you of honey, and the taste is mild with a smooth finish.
