Concrete Spacer WheelsTM
& Slurry Wall SledsTM
PieresearchTM manufactures Concrete Spacer WheelsTM from 7,500 psi, high-strength grout. Each wheel has a 1-inch inner diameter hub made from PVC plastic to allow it to roll easily as the rebar cage is lowered into the shaft.
Our Concrete Spacer WheelsTM are Oklahoma D.O.T. approved and come in 7-inch and 10-inch outer diameter sizes. We can also make custom sizes upon request.

Finally, a slurry wall sled is available from manufacturer’s stock. No longer do you have to job cast or adapt other products to properly position rebar steel in a slurry wall trench! PieresearchTM Slurry Wall SledsTMare made from 7,500 psi high-strength grout. For ease of installation each sled has 2 sets of embedded 12 gauge galvanized tie wires.
Recommended Spacing:
Vertical 8' on centers - Horizontal 5' on centers or A/E recommendations.
