UHURU’S NEW
ADDITIONAL BONUSES
The momentum and excitement of the conference can still be seen and felt in all aspects of Uhuru with new heights and records being attained daily. If one looks at the latest Uhuru footprint on the world map, one can see how we are starting to penetrate the world scene
Production Bonuses
Our very first Production bonuses were paid out last week and all Tribesman on 30th March received an additional UHC 13.77, while the Elders each got UHC 60.61 and the Headman UHC 606.08

Production Bonuses are paid on the First Monday of the month and it is totally dependent on the monthly profits of the company of which a % is paid over for this. `So, the higher our turnover the higher these production bonuses.
Founders Bonus
Just like Production Bonuses, we also now have a Founders Bonus which is also a % of the total profits of the Company and paid to your various levels.
The difference here is to qualify for the Founders Bonus you need to be a minimum of 3 months in that level. In other words, to qualify for a Founders Bonus as Tribesman, you need to have the position of Tribesman for a minimum of 3 months. The same for Elder etc.
This makes UHURU now a real payer and acknowledger of those who put the effort in to establish their own business and we hope that the Spirit of Uhuru will make more entrepreneurs much quicker.
