Our price guide is $3,400,000 to $3,760,000; please refer to attached report for more detail. Lance Tu and myself will work 7 days a week to canvass the whole market and all foreign buyers to generate the maximum price for you.
Marketing Budget
We have suggested a marketing budget from $5596 (incl. GST) plus Auctioneer $770 (if booked).
Method of Sale
An auction allows us to generate huge interest and excitement in a short time period to maximize competitive tension in a professionally managed and targeted marketing campaign. With a creative and cost effective marketing campaign, we would aim to generate the maximum interest to exceed our price guide.
Commission
For a professional service for the sale of your property, we would charge 1.4% + GST. As a component of our offering, we would also provide a free 14 day ‘Audience Maximiser’ from Realestate.com worth $1750 (refer budget page).
As the Principal of Harbourline and a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW I would personally manage all aspects of the sale on your valuable asset, together with Lance Tu and my Harbourline team.
