BENEFIT FEATURES
EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN
On January 1 and July 1 of each year, all full-time employees of KCC with six (6) months of service become members of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and begin to earn shares in KCC at that time. Each and every year thereafter, employees continue to earn shares, free of charge, and receive a distribution of KCC shares into their account. The ESOP is evaluated every year, and all members receive an annual account statement which reflects the number of shares and the valuation of those shares. After six (6) years of employment, the member is fully vested. Upon retirement or other qualifying event, KCC will purchase the accumulated shares from the member based upon the valuation at the time.

At KCC, our most valuable asset is our people. In fact, this is one of the only assets which increases in value over time. We want to be a leader and not a follower with respect to wages, and we strongly believe our current wage structure enables us to attract and retain the highest skilled and most qualified candidates.
WEEKLY & QUARTERLY BONUSES
The Company values excellent attendance and reliability. Beginning on the first full week of employment, certain employees will receive weekly bonuses for perfect attendance. Upon eligibility, certain employees will also receive quarterly bonuses based upon achievement of productivity goals.
VACATION
Beginning with the first full month of employment, all employees earn vacation time. Newly hired hourly employees accrue four (4) hours of vacation for each month worked and salary employees accrue 3/4 of a day of vacation for each month worked. Vacation accrual increases depending on years of service, and an employee can accrue a maximum of three (3) weeks of vacation per year.
