Cablz were designed by a medical device salesman to counter the snagging problem found with more traditional fabric eyewear retainers. Zipz are fashioned from surgical-grade stainless steel cable with an adjustable feature. Thus they can be worn extended at regular length or adjusted for a closer fit to the back of the head.
