A cocktail reception, dinner, and music by Panama City-based band True Soul as well as a contest for the “best craziest hat”
was organized by ve Bay County animal rescue groups; Animal Rescue Center of Bay County, Inc., Castaway Cats, Inc., Humane Society of Bay County, Inc., Panama City Beach Paws and Claws, Inc., and Operation Spay Bay.
The groups organize as a coalition to
bring together Bay County animal lovers in support of ongoing missions. The ve groups are nonpro t organizations that operate solely on private donations, sponsors, merchandise sales and adoption fees.
