Preparation
• Sauté cooked green beans in olive oil.
• Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
• Add vinegar and season with remaining ingredients.
• Serve hot as a side dish.
• 2.2 lb (1 kg) green beans, sliced and cooked • 4 tbsp (60 ml) olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) fresh thyme • 1⁄2 tsp (2.5 ml) sea salt
