Lime and Soap Scum Remover for Shower Doors
• Pure white vinegar
Soak a sponge with heated white vinegar, then wipe doors .
Calcium Remover for Tiles
• Pure white vinegar
To get rid of stubborn calcium buildup on ceramic tiles, cover area with a vinegar-soaked cloth or paper towel . Let sit for a few minutes to a few hours, then wipe and rinse with water .
Lime Remover for Taps and Shower Heads
Frequently wipe down taps and shower heads with vinegar over a period of 1 hour to remove lime, then use an old toothbrush and baking soda to scrub any hard-to-remove buildup .
Mold • Pure white vinegar
Wipe down moldy surfaces (like shower curtains and window frames) with vinegar . Allow to evaporate, but do not rinse . Repeat occasionally to prevent the growth of more mold .
