Spray vinegar around doors and areas where ants usually gather. If a colony has infested the sugar bowl or the cupboards, clean the floor, counters, and kitchen appliances with vinegar.
Cats • Pure white vinegar
To keep cats out of certain areas in the garden or yard, spray these areas with vinegar. White vinegar is also effective at destroying the odor of cat urine — just wipe the area with vinegar after cleaning the mess.
