THE COMPANY
• The Caribbean Project, L.L.C. (“The Caribbean Project”, the “Project”, or the “Company”), began operations on April 26, 2018 with the purpose of acquiring, managing, and engaging in the disposition of onshore petroleum exploration and extraction projects along with multi-family and other commercial real estate assets. The Company’s legal structure was formed as a limited liability company (LLC) under the laws of the State of Texas on April 26, 2018.
