MY OFFICE SPACE IS WONDERFULLY FULL

What do you do on
a weekend where
the temperature is 8 degrees outside? I mean, what
do you do after you have read all your Panorama and Excellence magazines, and after you have watched a few hours of YouTube videos focused on maintaining your Porsche. Ya, after all that, what do you do? After all that, you decorate.
Being like most Porschephiles,
I have a rich collection of Porsche toys, magazines, posters, awards, mugs, Hot Wheels, pictures etc. Many are gifts from my parents when I was young. I have some special ones from my lovely wife. And some I have taken the time to put together. (See attached pic)
At bottom left is a spread from the Der Sportwagen, Jul/Aug 2014. The picture is of three 944 Turbos(951); mine, T. Jones’s, and Fred Quintana’s. Fred called his
the Exxon Valdez. I’ll let you guess why. I wrote a few lines of muse and called it Three Wet Redheads. You can read it by clicking HERE.
The big framed photo at the top was a gift from the KCRPCA Board when my presidency was over.
All the board member’s names are listed. I’m proud of that one.
Speaking of proud, the bottom
two collages in the middle are from Heartland Park when my lovely wife Deborah and I did a DE together. She did great in the 996 C2. It was her first DE. I laughed as she zipped past the “youngsters’’ in their BRZs, Subarus, and BMWs. They were not only passed by a girl, but a mom with kids at home. That’s sexy.
The right wall has gifts from my Mom. She knows what I like and always seems to find the right gifts for my birthday or Christmas.
Yes, that is a LOT of wine corks on the left. Deborah and I got
