Their man’s habit starts simply enough with a fascination with cars and horsepow-er. A subscription to Excellence, given as an unassuming Christmas or birthday gift, soon leads you down a long slippery slope. A slope that eventually leads to your first real need, your first Porsche.
That’s when the dominoes start to fall. Unknowingly you receive a “free” subscription to Panorama

“Yah... but, he said this time he had something special for me” came the reply. I could see it in his eyes; it was already a done deal.
There should be a support group for women whose men have a Porsche habit. I’d call the group WISOMPH.

Some of us have it worse than others. For a few, the case is mild. There’s nothing one car and a subscription to Excellence or Panorama can’t cure.
Others, others have it bad. It is an insatiable urge to experience something new. If 3.2 liters is fun, surely 3.8 is better. Free flowing exhaust does not give me quite the extra push I want, I need a turbo.
