GROWING UP? 10
My wife and I have been to England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Iceland, France, Germany, Austria, and Mexico. We have been to most of the states in the US, and most of the water parks when our children were growing up. I hate to choose right now because we are going to Italy later this year.

college. It was a blast ripping through the gears. After graduating, I purchased a 1970 MGB with
a 4 speed manual transmission, duaI carbs and the famous Smith’s electric gauges. I have always loved driving manual transmissions. I sold the MGB when my wife and I moved to Houston. I have not had a manual transmission until recently when I purchased my Boxster last year.

It was a sunny day, and the temperature was in the sixties. Without thinking, I got in my car, top down and headed to Lawrence on the back roads. When I got
to Lawrence, I headed north on Massachusetts Street, and there were so many people out enjoying the weather. I crossed the river into North Lawrence and drove by my old college haunt, Johnny’s. Then I headed over to the football stadium. I had to stop and grab a photo of my car in front of the stadium. I drove around campus up on the hill, then down to the engineering building. The next stop was the basketball arena, Allen FieldHouse. I then drove by my freshman dorm and headed home. What a great day filled with so many memories.
