This summer PCA National awarded the Kansas City Region’s newsletter, The Der Sportwagen, the Better Jo Turner award - Best in the Nation. I - am - humbled. But I don’t think it is the “newsletter” that won the award. I think it was the Kansas City members and their stories that won the award. The Der Sportwagen would not be what it is without their stories and the help from Ray Steeble - Assistant Editor, Jim Rand - Club Photographer, and many others. Their work is what makes the Der Sportwagen happen. I just feel lucky to be part of it all. That’s my story. - Stan Der Sportwagen 11
