The Kansas City Region held its annual Changing of the Guard function on January 8th at Pinstripes Bowling and Bocce Ball
at Prairie Fire. The Changing of the Guard is probably one of my favorite events of the year. The event is set around the Region President, this year Fred Quintana, to summarize the previous year,
