Most people have access to one concierge service or another, either through a banking relationship or credit card provider. Most of these services are provided through high volume, low engagement call-centre model operating with very high ratios between clients and their concierges/account managers.

We have a fully exible membership, not an annual contract Memberships can be shared between family and or colleagues
Members will meet their Personal Concierge in person at the start of their membership and retain this one to one relationship through their time with Matrix
