Lawn Living Dining Kitchen Bedroom Courtyard Bedroom Motor Court
This residence is composed of a series of “pavilions”, individually sited to take maximum advantage of the homesite’s unique characteristics. The pavilion configuration allows for guest cottages to be added, if desired, to expand the home.
The design is centered on a courtyard, which serves as an “outdoor great room” with generous indoor/outdoor entertaining space.
The kitchen wall is designed to open to the dining and living rooms to create an open floor plan for casual island living.
The bedroom adjacent to the garage has many potential uses, including domestic staff accommodations, personal fitness studio, children’s playroom, artist’s studio, etc. All upper level bedrooms can be included or eliminated based on owner’s needs.
The pool location and shape can be adjusted based on individual desires.
Individual gardens may be created to add outdoor living extensions for all lower level bedrooms/baths.
