Cambria is much harder

or marble, which require supports beyond 10 inches,” says Caitlin. “We work closely with designers from start to finish, which allows us to monitor and ensure that it’s structurally and esthetically pleasing.”
Although the 15-foot island in Catherine’s clients’ kitchen consists of three pieces, the seams married very well
in this design. They are typically 1/16th of an inch wide, about the thickness of a business card.
