Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup (80 ml) sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 tsp (2 5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1 tbsp (15 ml) red wine vinegar • Salt and pepper
• 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) blue cheese crumbled
• 6
cups baby spinach
• 3 pears cored thinly sliced and dipped in in in cider vinegar • 6
slices bacon
• 1 cup (250 ml) walnuts
• In a a a a a medium bowl combine sour cream
mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce

and blue cheese Set aside • Cook and drain bacon
• To serve put spinach
