C-I-L *2018 Retail Partnership Agreement DISPOSAL PROGRAM
The dealer will need to complete the following steps to qualify for this program:
Dealer commits to:
1. Turn in completed sign-up form at distributor show (provided at the booth).
2. Purchase 6 different CIL part numbers at same distributor show
3. Promote disposal program with consumers during the Spring Season.
4. Dealer must contact CIL when disposal is ready
*Dealers need to qualify each year during show season with the purchase of 6 different items. The Disposal Form must note the items purchased.
C-I-L commits to:
1. Supply the dealer with empty containers for the shipping of marine outdated signals**
2. Assist you in shipping document preparation
3. Pay the freight of these signals from your facilitiy to our plant in Lachute, QC
4. Dispose of these outdated signals. Dealers must call C-I-L 1-450-566-0655 to pickup disposal when ready.
This is a disposal service program only, offered to CIL partners, no credit will be issued.
ONLY CIL/Orion brand products will be eligible for free disposal services, a disposal fee will be charged for all other brands. Only 1 return per year from a dealer will be accepted.
Dealers with multiple locations must consolidate to one prior to return.
**Amount of ares returned for disposal should not be greater than the amount of are purchased.
