MTMP Vendor Spotlight: The Newcomers by Farron Cousins, The Ring of Fire Network

As the practice of law continues to evolve and, in many ways, become more complicated, legal service providers are doing everything they can to help law firms of all sizes get a better handle on their practices.
As MTMP continues to expand, new vendors are entering the conference to offer their services to our attendees.
While there will be many new vendors for attendees to visit, we’re highlighting two newcomers to help drive attendees to some of the new faces they’ll be seeing at the spring conference.
The first is ChartSquad. As their name suggests, ChartSquad specializes in obtaining medical charts and records for clients, effectively taking a major responsibility off the shoulders of law firms. Their website states: “ChartSquad was created for patients. Our mission is to provide every patient an easy and effective method to obtain copies of their Protected Health Information (PHI) without having to deal with the hassles presented by their medical office. We aim to assert, educate, follow applicable privacy laws and enable individuals to transmit information
as needed.”
Chris Carpenter, the founder and CEO of ChartSquad, said that he was told by a client that the MTMP conference was something that his company “must attend,” and he says that the biggest opportunity for his company at the conference is to show attorneys that ChartSquad can alleviate a major pain point for their firms by handling the obtaining of documents in a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use format.
Another new vendor for the spring conference is Exults Internet Marketing. Exults founder and CEO Zach Hoffman was actually
the very first vendor to register for the spring conference, not an easy feat considering the number of companies that attempt to get into the limited space available.
Exults Internet Marketing specializes in a wide array of online services for law firms and other industries, as they describe
on their website: “We custom-tailor marketing campaigns to our clients’ goals, budgets, and messaging. In addition to a custom-tailored campaign, you can expect Exults to provide you with custom reports developed by our Search teams that detail exactly where your investment is going and how your target market is interacting with your marketing message. At Exults, we are committed to making online marketing work.”
Mr. Hoffman says that a client of theirs told them MTMP was the “Super Bowl” of legal conferences and that was all they needed to know about the importance of being present as an exhibitor. As a first-time exhibitor, Hoffman says that their primary goal
is to meet as many new people as possible to get their name out there in the legal arena.
Make sure that you take the time to get to know these two new vendors as well as all of the other first-timers who will be showcasing their companies in the Exhibit Hall.
