It’s time to take a moment to assess what’s been happening in your
life so you can stay motivated, create momentum and set yourself up
for success. This simple tool is going to help you do just that!
Don’t shy away from being real with yourself! The goal of the follow-
ing worksheets is to be honest with yourself and just write whatever
comes to mind. No answer is silly! There is no right or wrong answer.
You can print out multiple pages of one of the worksheets if you have
multiple goals you want to explore and work on.
The most important thing is to remember what feeds your soul, what
lights the fire in your belly and gets you out of bed in the morning.
That’s the juicy stuff you want to add more of in your life!
And remember your goals need to be achievable and realistic. We
want to be able to celebrate those wins, big and small. Progress over
perfection! It’s those small steps that will lead to big changes.
