   PARENT & CHILD RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrival & Departure
Arrival and departure areas will vary depending on your family center. Please reach out to your center to verify the correct location for drop off and pick up.
Parents/guardians are expected to sign in their children upon arrival and sign them out before leaving. A sign-in/sign-out sheet is available at the program area entrance, and a photo ID must be provided each day before your child(ren) will be released to you. All persons signing children out must be at least 18 years of age.
Authorized Pick-Up
Upon registering your child(ren) for the program you will be asked to supply the names of those authorized to pick them up at dismissal. Please be sure to include any adults18 years of age or older who might need to pick up your child. We will not release any child to a person not on the authorized pick up list.
Late Pick-Up
We ask you to please do your best to be ready to collect your child(ren) at the end of program. We understand sometimes things happen and you might find yourself running late. If you will be late, please give us a call and let us know. We will let your child know you are on your way to ease their worries.
Excessive Late Pick-Up
Late pick-up is defined as 10 or more minutes after the program ends. If a parent/guardian is repeatedly late to pick up their child(ren) they will be notified verbally. Any late occurances after the verbal warning will result in a $15 late fee.
Groups
Children will be grouped according to age for each week, which might mean siblings are in different groups. While it might be a challenge for some in the beginning, this allows the opportunity for each child to shine individually and make new friends.
Dress Code
Your child should wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor activities. Closed toe and closed heel shoes must be worn at all times. SNEAKERS ARE BEST.
