Kim Briggs
Mrs. Briggs graduated from the University of South Florida. She has served as Financial Advisor of Briggs Wealth Management of Raymond James for nearly 25 years. She has been married to Dennis Briggs for 27 years (partner in life and in business). She is a Board Member for the YMCA of the Suncoast; current Chair for YMCA Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast and YMCA Endowment Committee. Mrs. Briggs belongs to Palm Harbor United Methodist Church and The Chapel in Tarpon Springs. Scripture in acknowledging this COVID season and our keynote speaker: Psalm 55:22
PRAYER FOR GOVERNMENT
Mayor Frank Hibbard
Mayor Hibbard has lived in Clearwater since 1979 after moving from Chicago with his parents. He and his wife have two children, three grandchildren, four dogs and three grand dogs. They are long-time members of Calvary Church in Clearwater. He served on the Clearwater City Council
for three terms 2002-2012, two as Mayor. He was awarded the Tampa Partnerships Award
for Regionalism twice and was the recipient of the Suncoast League of Cities’ Insco award for Leadership. He’s a graduate of Leadership Pinellas 1999 and Leadership Florida 2007, has two undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. “I have always used the knowledge of my degrees in my business, and serving as Mayor was always where I put my education to broadest use.” His hobbies include a love of golf, tennis and football.

Retired Brigadier General Joe Oder
Brigadier General Oder is retired from the US Army and works at The Shop Real Estate company. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Southern Mississippi and MS in Economics from University of Utah. He has been married to his wife Pat for 52 years. Together, they have three children; Joe Jr., Aaron and Josette, and four grandchildren. He sits
on the infrastructure board for the City of Belleair, is active in the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and supports Tunnel for Towers and St. Jude. He plays golf weekly and enjoys traveling with his wife. He worships at St. Cecilia Catholic church in Clearwater and attends Bible study group at Belleair CC.

PRAYER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
Sheriff Gualtieri
Sheriff Gualtieri began as a detention deputy working in the Pinellas County jail in 1982. He then joined the Dunedin Police Department as a patrol officer and later rejoined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office as a law enforcement deputy. Sheriff Gualtieri earned his bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. After graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar, he entered private practice in Tampa, specializing in labor and employment defense and practicing law in all Florida courts, before the United States Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Sheriff Gualtieri returned to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 2006 as its general counsel and was appointed chief deputy (second in command) in 2008. Sheriff Gualtieri served in the dual role of general counsel and chief deputy until the governor appointed him sheriff in 2011. He was elected and re-elected sheriff in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He won a third term in 2020.

Dr. Willie Rice
Dr. Rice is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Church. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry and Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Samford University. Dr. Rice is married to Cheryl and has three children, Amanda, Anna and Stephen, and four grandchildren.
