Lt 8 Blk 3 Wylie Park Estates 3rd Addition to Aberdeen (626 Willow Drive). #3. Lot 5 Blk 33 Thomas Addition to Aberdeen (926 S Washington Street); #4. The East 158’ of the 186’ South of the North 106’ of the following property: The N 1⁄2 of Outlot B, I.S. Dayton’s Outlots, and Lots 1 & 2, Blk 2 Highland Park Addition to Aberdeen and a portion of vacated street (612 13th Street S), all parcels according to the plat thereof of record, Brown County, SD. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION DISCUSSED: Moved by Hansen, seconded by Sutton to direct the Director of Equalization to con rm the correct legal description on a parcel prior to proceeding with tax deed process. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
FAIR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES: Moved by Sutton, seconded by Fjeldheim to approve hiring the fol- lowing employees for the 2017 Brown County Fair: Jan Erickson, Mavis Kempf, Julie VanDover and Marie DenOuden @ $14.18 per hour; Julie Hammer @ $14.50 per hour; Brianna Humphries, Josh Miller Dalberg @ $12.00 per hour. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
FAIR PROMO LIST: Moved by Fjeldheim, seconded by Fischbach to approve the Promo List for the 2017 Brown County Fair. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Fjeldheim, seconded by Sutton to adjourn the Brown County Commission at 9:45 a.m. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
