Meeting called to order by Commission Chair Kippley at 8:45 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, SD. Present were Commissioners Sutton, Fischbach and Fjeldheim. Commissioner Hansen was absent. Commissioner Fjeldheim led the Pledge of Allegiance.
