Ahmed (Adel Imam) heads to Tahrir complex, Egypt's bureaucratic mecca, to finish his son's transfer papers from a school to another. A very simple mission seems impossible with the administrative obstacles Ahmed meets. Throughout the time he's spending at the huge complex and getting to know the people inside he finds himself holding a gun and taking the people on the floor as hostages. Aided by some of the present people, he leads negotiations with police for what their demands are, which turned out to be some medicines and a tasty meal of Kebab for everyone.
