“Khaled El Sawi” and his assistant “Eiyad Nasser” are police officers investigating a mysterious murder case. A sculptor named “Sameh El Sareety”, the spouse of doctor “Ghada Abd El Razak”, is the chief suspect in the case. The movie is characterized by an air of thrill and suspense and in a twist of events coroner “Mohamed Shuman” helps the police break the case. In particular, the coroner looks at the relation of “Adrenaline”, a chemical secreted by the body when in fear, to the case and thus achieves a breakthrough.
