By now you should have been provided an Employee Handbook prior to the start of your first day. This is commonly distributed by Human Resources and is pertinent to all Prominence Health Plan Employees. However, the purpose of this Resource Guide is to act as a supplemental assistance aid for all Care Advocates. We desire to equip you with additional skills and knowledge pertaining to the culture here at Prominence Health Plan as well as the day-to-day interworkings of our Care Advocate Team.
This Reference Guide is in no way intended to replace or supersede any established HR policies or procedures. We are glad you’re here, and we’re also sure you’ve probably got some questions for us! Now, let’s take some time to review these important essentials.
