QNXT automatically creates a unique Group ID and has attributes that can be used to hold Association information for those groups that are members of an association.
QNXT, during claims processing, verifies the enrollment coverage in place of date of service and processes claims according to which the carrier is primary.
Member Services: Since QNXT is an integrated application, the Call Tracking module within QNXT has easy access to Member, Provider, Employer Group and Claims information while the CSR is on the call and logging the call. With QNXT there is no need to login to multiple systems and toggle back and forth.
Premium Billing: QNXT will eliminate the need to manually track delinquencies in an Access database, eliminate the current manual mini-COBRA process and eliminate the manual process for pending claims payment for delinquent accounts.
Provider: QNXT will provide one system of record for the provider information, eliminating the four different sources of provider information that are currently maintained.
QNXT provides the ability to roll-up 1099 information to more easily meet IRS guidelines in submitting 1099s.
Reporting: The implementation process included a review of reports, eliminating those no longer needed and determining high priority items.
