CONTRACT AND GUIDELINES
Banquet Weddings & Special Events
The following agreement is between Governors Towne Club (“GTC”) of 4545 Champions Walk Drive, Acworth, GA 30101 and (client). The general terms and conditions for your special event are outlined below. The particulars will be specified in our Event Memorandum (addendum/BEO) to be completed by you and the event coordinator at a later date.

Special events are scheduled in a 4 hour time slot. There is a minimum overtime rate charge of $500.00 per hour.

4. Facility Fee Includes: Exclusive use of the top floor, adult dining, adult lounge and outdoor patio of the Club on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Accommodations for up to 250 guests for a reception style event
Use of banquet tables, chairs, white linens, china, stemware, silverware 4 hour rental for reception (beginning at conclusion of ceremony)
5. Guarantee and Payment Policies
GTC requires a guarantee of the exact number of persons attending your function by noon (14) fourteen days prior to function date. You will be charged for the minimum guarantee or the actual number attending, whichever is greater. If a guarantee is not forthcoming, patron is obligated to pay for the actual number in attendance or the estimate that has been given, whichever is greater.
