We organise and produce conferences of all scales, from small mee ngs through to substan al mul day events and are able to supply everything from one singular element through to full management and produc on. In terms of Management, we can provide, delegate management, travel, hospitality, accommoda on and venue sourcing. For Produc on, services include audio visual support, set design/build, crea ve ligh ng design and technical support.
We will manage all aspects of the produc on, dealing directly with presenters to compile and produce visual presenta ons and provide presenta on training should it be required. E ec ve stage management is key to a smooth-running event and so, speakers shouldn’t need to worry about stage mes, sound quality, knowing where to stand or what bu ons to press. Our team will manage all of these elements and much more seamlessly, allowing those on stage to concentrate on the job in hand.
